  1. What is the difference between sapphire and mineral glass crystals?  Sapphire is much harder than mineral glass, so it is not easily scratched.
  2. What is an automatic movement?  Movement that operates through the continued motion of the wearer’s wrist.  They do not need winding if worn daily.
  3. What is a caliber?  The specific internal mechanism (movement) of a watch.
  4. What are the advantages to buying a tungsten watch?  It is extremely hard and highly resistant to scratching.
  5. What is the difference between “chronometer” and “chronograph?” A chronograph is simply a watch with a built in stopwatch feature.  Whereas a chronometer is an extremely accurate timepiece that keeps precise time.
  6. What type of guarantee do we have for repairs?  Typically, a one year guarantee.
